WHAT DOES MADE-TO-ORDER MEAN?
It means that the made-to-order piece is not produced until an order has been placed. Handmade individually with lots of love and attention to detail, each piece may be subject to slight variations from one to another. While we do try our best to maintain the same look as the images shown on the website, please also note that colors may be represented differently on your computer screen.
HOW LONG IS THE PRODUCTION TIME FOR MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES?
The usual production time for each made-to-order piece is approximately 4-5 weeks, excluding shipping time. For estimated shipping time, please see our Shipping Policy.
WHAT DOES READY-TO-SHIP MEAN?
It means that the piece has already been made and is available to ship immediately once an order is placed. Ready-to-ship items are handmade individually just like made-to-order pieces, with the same amount of love and attention to detail.
DO YOU DO RUSH ORDERS FOR MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES?
We may be able to do rush orders for most of our styles, but not all depending on the materials we have. The production time for rush orders is approximately 2 weeks with an additional $60 fee. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about rush orders.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM PIECES OR CUSTOM COLORS?
We do not offer custom design services at the moment. Each style will be made as seen as the styles shown on our website. We may be able to create some of our designs with custom colors, but not all depending on the materials we have. If you see a style that doesn’t come in the color you are looking for, please email us at email@example.com to see what we can do for you. The custom color options are silver, gold, and bronze only.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BRONZE AND THE GOLD COLOR?
The bronze color has a darkened antique finish while the gold color has a bright shiny finish. The bronze finish is oxidized by hand to give it a darkened vintage look, and the darkened areas may vary piece by piece.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF THE PIECES?
Plated metals naturally tarnish over time when exposed to body oils and other natural elements. To preserve our pieces, avoid contact with harsh substances. We recommend using perfumes and hairsprays before putting on the pieces. Since each piece is wired by hand, do not attempt to bend too much to avoid breaking. Store in sturdy box when transporting.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Since most of our items are made-to-order and handcrafted just for you, and due to the handmade and delicate nature of the pieces, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. If you have any questions about anything before purchasing, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
